Registered Nurse (RN) Hybrid

What we are looking for – Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans and documenting activities through case notes and reports. Registered Nurses contribute to the day-to-day Primary Care operations, spearhead community outreach as it applies to care management and will participate in staff/team meetings and activities.

- Monday – Friday day shift. Full time.
- Pay Range: The pay range is $34.50 to $43.81
- Flexible Schedule.
- A hybrid schedule.
- Up to 35 paid days off within your first year.
