REPORTS TO:  Program Coordinator
 
 
A Residential Manager is assigned to a Community Based Residential home in which generally two to four persons reside.
 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 
Hours of Work:    Full time salaried position based on 37.5 hours per week. Work hours vary.  Frequent evening hours required, minimum of 5 hours prior to 8:30 am or beyond 4:30 pm plus one spot-check per week. On-call for a minimum of one week per month. Quarterly awake night spot check required. Spot checks are to be conducted at various times, frequency, and shifts to ensure unexpected visits.   

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum 2 years prior experience preferred working directly with program Participants and supervising some staff functions. Must be LLAM and complete other training courses. A  Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but is not essential.
           
Travel:  Travel is required; employee must have License with 5 or less points.
 
General Health: (other than General Good Health):
